The Digital Incubator is the second vocational education and training (distance learning) tool of the C-CYCLE project. It incorporates important knowledge and methodologies to be shared with the participants.
The design and operation of the Digital Incubator is a major sustainability and transnational networking element of the project, allowing for a modern and effective approach to citizen participation during and beyond the project implementation period.
