The project is expected to produce impactful results and respond to the challenges of the cultural sector at the grassroots level through investing in innovative vocational education and training models for supporting cultural evolution.
The project aims at delivering important findings of a field research through implementing targeted activities (trainings, distribution of micro-grants, organisation of cultural activities, etc) and contribute to
a. the networking of local governement staff and officials
b. the exchange of information, ideas, vision and good practices
c. the investment in knowledge through tailor-made vocational education and training d. the investment in operational upskilling and cultural evolution
