Setting and applying certain criteria for the selection of the local government organisations to participate in the trainings in the three project countries to networking grassroots cultural organisations with funding opportunities and creative hubs.
The project progress is foreseen to be marked by:
a. the introduction of the value of research on culture, arts and creativity in local government organisations
b. the launch of a networking platform through vocational education and training activities
c. the development of impactful training schemes based on needs analysis
d. the transition from the traditional to the digital ¨classroom¨ for remote local authorities ´staff
e. the acquaintance of grassroots cultural operators with cascade and other forms of funding
The project implementation and progress is measured by the adoption of quantitative and qualitative indicators.
Each work package if identified by a different set of indicators but, in general, the evaluation takes place by the number of impacted local authorities and grassroots cultural organisations, of creative industries and activities, of local authorities’ staff willing to advance cultural development in their organisations and of impacted audiences in (a) the three project countries, (b) other EU and third countries.
