The Performance Excellence Network addresses the evolution of skills obtained by the vocational education and training activities, in the framework of a transnational networking and learning environment.
Its function relates to the project Creative Network which capitalises on the knowledge and skills to have been gained in the field of culture, arts, and creativity during the project life cycle.
