The re-granting scheme is a micro-funding framework within which, following a call for participation, grassroots cultural organisations are invited to submit creative ideas with cultural value and a positive footprint on their local societies.
The content of the call is prepared by the C-CYCLE Transnational Committee on Creativity and its launch is harmonised with the national and/or regional legal provisions of the participating countries.
