Following the circulation of the questionnaires, the project methodology foresees the implementation of one training per country, each one addressed to a mixed group of municipalities staff and officials and of grassroots cultural organisations.
Each training is an intensive two-day course designed and delivered by The Hague Academy for Local Governance, based on the project targets and the needs of the trainees.
